Flat complex in residence with swimming pool consisting of 5 three-floor buildings, situated about 600/700 mt from the sea and from city centre. There is a lift, a balcony and common parking area. The flat is situated in the first floor with terrace.
Due to condominium provisions, the swimming pool will be closed during the summer 2020.
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa-bed, bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom with floor shower, WC and Bidet. Outside you can find a large terrace with dining table.
A few kilometers away is the Po Delta Park, with its alternation of woods and lagoons: the Comacchio Valleys extend just outside the town, which can be visited by bicycle or by motorboat, while the woods of Mesola and Santa Giustina ( km 20) are ideal for a fresh walk in nature after a day at the beach.
Obviously, a visit to the historic center of Comacchio is not to be missed, the real capital of the Delta Park, which with its dense network of bridges and canals is an extraordinary "little Venice".
